Colorado State University asked Architecture Plus to develop a new food service concept at Corbett Hall on the CSU campus. Teaming with Ricca/Newmark Design, Architecture Plus completed the design for a new servery that delivers a variety of freshly prepared food cooked to order, directly into the students’ hands. The project features twelve stations, each preparing unique fare to satisfy almost any student’s taste.

Rich colors and materials create a feast for the eyes which compliments the varied fare. Architecture Plus coordinated all food service equipment, utilities, lighting and detailing for this project. Intense coordination was required to marry the food service equipment to the custom casework designed specifically for the project. Construction on the project was completed in the Spring of 2005.
