Architecture Plus was commissioned to renovate this historically designated residence. The National Park Service uses this building as an example of how modifications can be made that respect and reinforce an existing historic structure. This historic preservation and renovation project received a “Certificate of Excellence in the Field of Historic Preservation and Restoration” from the local Fort Collins Historical Society and Poudre Landmark Foundation.
